At LetMeDo.USA, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if you experience any issues with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at letmedousa@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair solution.

Shipping Disclaimer

LetMeDo.USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking shows the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
